Pledge Process

The pledge process is the formal period in which accepted applicants develop their skills necessary to succeed in a professional environment. The pledge process is strictly for the improvement of the new pledge class and pledges almost always pick up many new skills as a result of pledging.

During the pledge process, applicants can be expected to learn to analyze case studies, work on their public speaking abilities, and improve their writing skills while simultaneously fostering connections with the other members of their pledge class. By the end of the pledge process, each applicant will become an active, or a full member of AEZ.
